Sean Doolan is a lifestyle, travel and fashion photographer, specializing in capturing the feeling of his subjects with a style that mirrors the counterculture of the 60s and a time when music was still on MTV.

Born and raised on a traveling carnival, he spent the days of his youth taking in the sights and sounds of both rural and big city America. These travels are reflected in his work, centering around a never-ending road trip where self-expression remains in the driver seat.

Making it in the shortlist of Monster Children’s annual photo comp in 2015 and 2016, his photographs have yet to win any competitions or awards. Like most things in his life, it’s left up to the Magic 8 ball.

Graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising in 2017, he now calls San Francisco home.

Shooting E-commerce & Editorials at Dolls Kill for brands like I.AM.GIA, Lazy Oaf and RIPNDIP has allowed him to blend his own style with those of other brands.

Rooted in imperfections, Doolan frames much of his work around fleeting moments that converge at a point between mundane and peculiar. Shot both on 35mm film and digital format.
